Using foods for lucid dreaming dosing is actually quite easy. Of course as with any supplement you own body chemistry and metabolism may mean that you need more or less than a normal dose, so any review of lucid dreaming and Foods for lucid dreaming dosing is not necessarily going to lead you to the uniquely perfect dose for you. That said, we suggest that you start with a low dose in order to see whether you might experience side effects and to see if you can save money by not having to use as much while still getting the desired effect. You will not just be taking this supplement (or any lucid dreaming supplement) in order to achieve success, but instead using this as part of a comprehensive approach. You don’t need to rush into a higher dose, and instead can be slow and steady in trying lower doses first.

Foods for lucid dreaming and Lucid Dreaming Experiences

Let’s start with the fact that this lucid dreaming supplement can be used for both wake-induced and dream induced lucid dreaming techniques, WILD and DILD respectively. For this purpose we are going to favor dream induced techniques because this may be the best way to make sure that you have as many chances as possible – in this case your chances will occur every time you pass through a REM period of sleep. And since Foods for lucid dreaming is reported to make dreams more vivid and clear, the cornerstone of the lucid dreaming technique we would suggest is one that notices dream signs. Choose a few dream signs, whether looking at your reflection, noticing your hands, looking at the color of the sky, or other things that in the dream world may be different or distorted. The steps involved include the following:

1.Spend you day thinking about lucid dreaming, and in particular looking for dream signs. Ask yourself “am I dreaming” while looking at the colors around you, your reflection, your hands, or the people around you. Does everything look right? Does anything look off?

2.Make sure you’ll be able to get a nice uninterrupted sleep that night. Choose a night when you’ll have a little time in the morning to write down or at least consider your dreams from the night before. Choose a day that you are likely to be tired at night.

Take this supplement before bed. At least this is a good place to start. You may find that you are better off taking it earlier, like with dinner, or later, perhaps by waking yourself up in the middle of the night. The optimal time to take Foods for lucid dreaming to enhance lucid dreaming techniques may vary from person to person.

As you are falling asleep remind yourself that you are hoping to have lucid dreams. Give yourself suggestions that you will notice dream signs and become lucid. This of things you read here about Foods for lucid dreaming and lucid dreaming techniques, and at other places about lucid dreams in general.

In the morning when you wake up make sure you consider your dreams before you move around much, and certainly before you get up. Did the combination of Foods for lucid dreaming and lucid dreaming techniques work? If so congratulations! If not try all of this again next week.

The combination of Foods for lucid dreaming and lucid dreaming techniques may not work the very first time you try, or even the second or third. Do not alter the above until you have tried it at least several times.

These are the general things to track as part of your Foods for lucid dreaming review, or when taking any lucid dreaming supplement. And if you decide that you will alternate Foods for lucid dreaming with another supplement, or perhaps that you will try very different techniques such as wake-induced and dream-induced, you need to very specifically track those changes too. The goal is not just to see if this lucid dreaming supplement works for you, but how to maximize its effectiveness and make sure you are using it optimally. You may also need to see whether it loses any effectiveness and may need a tweak or two to get back on track.

If you so choose it would be great to hear what conclusions your dream journals led you too when it comes to your own Foods for lucid dreaming review in the comments section. That may provide a short cut to others who are also trying this lucid dreaming supplement as far as using it effectively, or it may at least give others ideas as far as what to track. Best of luck as you use a journal or other similar method for your own Foods for lucid dreaming review.

The post Foods for Lucid Dreaming first appeared on Lucid Dreaming Guide.

There are some vitamins for lucid dreaming that are quite worth trying. Lucid dreaming vitamins are often safer than other supplements. As opposed to the other supplements we cover here, when we talk about vitamins for lucid dreaming we are referring to those supplements readily available at your neighborhood pharmacy and in the food you eat.

Vitamins for Lucid Dreaming Example: Choline

One example of a vitamin for lucid dreaming is Choline. One of the core lucid dreaming supplemenyts, Galantamine Hydrobromide, can for lucid dreaming be taken by itself or used with Choline. You should start with 4mg Galantamine Hydrobromide, and if you are going to take it mixed with Choline there should be around 200mg of the latter. This combination is best taken in the middle of the night since it can affect sleep cycles if taken too early, at least for some people. Then again, if you are someone who finds it very hard to fall back to sleep after waking up, you may need to take it before bed and that is fine. No matter what, however, make sure you initially take this combination on nights where it is not imperative to get eight hours of restful sleep since you do not know what its effect will be on you.

Taken only one or two times a week (any more any you could actually inhibit dreaming), Galantamine Hydrobromide and our example vitamin for lucid dreaming choline can magnify the effects of your lucid dreaming techniques and help you experience lucidity. You should try it for a few weeks or even months to see if it does in fact help you experience more chances at lucid dreams. If it does not, there are other lucid dreaming vitamins you can try instead, with or without Galantamine.

Lucid Dreaming Vitamins Tips

We wanted to list some helpful tips to using lucid dreaming vitamins. The following may help augment your success:

Lucid dreaming vitamins can be used for both dream-induced and wake induced lucid dreaming techniques (often referred to as DILD and WILD respectively). But you may find that some specific lucid dreaming vitamins seem to help more with one than the other, and in many cases it may be that dream induced techniques work better.

If you experience side effects from lucid dreaming vitamins there are many other supplements to try. You might stick with one if they are mild and transient, but it is not necessary to do so if they are moderate of do not go away.

Choose a product that has only that specific vitamin for lucid dreaming because buying mixed formulas can prevent you from knowing exactly what is working, and can prevent you from knowing whether you need to stop taking something specific if you have side effects.

Choose when to use lucid dreaming vitamins wisely. We suggest only using it once or twice each week, so you should choose which days carefully. Maybe you did a great job using your techniques that day, or maybe you will be able to get a full night’s sleep. One way or another choose the most optimal night and this might mean not planning too far ahead.

It can help to keep a journal of what you ate, how tired you were, what techniques you used, etc. This way you can narrow down what the effect from the lucid dreaming vitamin was and what the effect of other factors were.

Make sure that you also do your lucid dreaming techniques even when you will not be taking this supplement. Lucid dreaming vitamins can work very well, but remember that there will be many nights you will not take it, and you’ll want to develop techniques that work then as well.

Vitamins for Lucid Dreaming Example: B6

Vitamin B6 is perhaps the easiest lucid dreaming supplement to obtain either in pill form or by eating healthy foods such as bananas, citrus, eggs, beans, and chicken. Vitamin B6 seems to have global effects on dreaming, making dreams more memorable and longer. Given that B6 has other health benefits as well, this lucid dreaming supplement has few drawbacks. This supplement can easily be taken merely by having foods rich in this nutrient close to bedtime, as opposed to taking it in pill form.

Lucid Dreaming Vitamins Summary

These are just a few of the most common lucid dreaming vitamins that you might want to try after you’ve started to have lucid dreams. Once again, you don’t want to rely on them, but they can be used to enhance the experience, get you back on track when you are in a lull, or promote longer experiences. Don’t forget to use a dream journal or other method to remember your dreams, whether or not you choose to use lucid dreaming vitamins. Also, we suggest that you only try one lucid dreaming vitamin at a time in order to be sure you know what works for you. The most important piece of advice, however, is to make sure you are practicing lucid dreaming how-to techniques because these supplements alone do not produce lucid dreams, they just raise the potential for lucid dreaming. Stay tunes to our home page where we cover the latest news and information about lucid dreaming vitamins.

We hope you will share your own experience with Vitamins for Lucid Dreaming with other readers here. Best of luck in using Lucid Dreaming Vitamins!

The post Vitamins for Lucid Dreaming first appeared on Lucid Dreaming Guide.
